We’re searching for an energetic Account Manager who excels at traditional prospecting and marketing, and who can expertly manage a fully integrated marketing plan to attract and secure new business. If you have strong relationship-building skills and a passion for sales, you could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage potential clients to grow your portfolio
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with existing and new customers
- Deliver impactful 1:1 sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, to qualified leads
- Drive sales by initiating transactions and mastering effective closing techniques
- Participate in ongoing advanced sales and career training to sharpen your skills
- Strategize to uncover new sales opportunities and maximize revenue growth
- Consistently exceed sales targets by actively promoting our products and services
- Stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts to capitalize on new business opportunities
- Represent the agency at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand your network
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (outside/inside sales, retail, telemarketing preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a history of hitting or surpassing goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients effortlessly
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive problem solver
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
